Terms of Service
Effective date: September 21, 2026. These terms govern your use of Paygoro’s products and services. By creating an account or using Paygoro, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your company.
Agreement
If you use Paygoro on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company, and “you” means both you and the company. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Paygoro.
The service
Paygoro provides a business account and payments, invoicing with online payment collection, a bookkeeping connection that syncs transactions and generates reports, and tools such as the Invoice Finder browser extension. That extension runs in your browser and sends us only the invoices you choose to download, plus related task details. Your browsing session itself never leaves your device. We may add, change, or retire features over time; we will tell you about material changes that affect you.
Your account
You must give accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and enable the two-factor authentication we offer to protect your account. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account, including by team members you invite.
Acceptable use
Use Paygoro only for lawful business purposes. Do not use it to move funds connected to fraud, money laundering, or sanctioned activity, to attempt to access other customers’ data, or to interfere with the normal operation of the service. We may investigate suspected misuse and take action, including suspending an account.
Fees
Fees depend on your plan and usage. Current pricing is published on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice; continuing to use Paygoro after a price change takes effect means you accept it.

We may suspend or limit your account if we reasonably suspect fraud, a legal or regulatory issue, a breach of these terms, or a risk to Paygoro or other customers. Where possible, we will tell you why and how to resolve it.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where the law allows it, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Paygoro is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will go to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect; continuing to use Paygoro afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
