Questions about bookkeeping
Still something unanswered? Write in from the dashboard. A real human on the team replies.
Does Paygoro work with my bookkeeping software?
Yes. An approved bill is posted to your accounting package as a purchase entry with the supplier, the VAT split and the original PDF attached, and Paygoro keeps watching it, so a change or a registered payment shows up back on the bill.
Can my accountant and my team use it too?
Yes. Invite them with a role: owner, admin, member or viewer. A viewer, usually the bookkeeper, sees everything and moves nothing. Starter includes 3 seats and Business 10, and extra seats are €3 a month each.
Can I use Paygoro without opening a new business account?
Yes, and plenty of teams start that way. Connect a bank you already use and Paygoro pulls the balances and transactions into one overview, then handles bills, categorisation and reconciliation on top of it. The free plan covers one connected bank and 10 bills a month, with no card on file. Paying those bills from Paygoro is what needs a Paygoro account.
