How do invoices get into Paygoro?
Three ways, all landing in the same inbox: drag the PDF in, forward it to your company’s Paygoro email address, or drop it into Slack. Every invoice is read on arrival, so the supplier, amount, VAT, due date and invoice number are already filled in.
What happens once an invoice has been read?
Paygoro matches it against your bank transactions. Anything already paid is closed out, and the rest queue for one approval. Approve a bill and the SEPA payment goes out from the Paygoro account you pick, with the original PDF kept alongside it.
Where does my money sit, and who regulates Paygoro?
Money in a Paygoro account sits with our licensed European banking partner, in safeguarded accounts, separated from operating funds and protected under EU regulation. That partner issues your IBAN and is supervised by its home-state regulator. Paygoro builds the product on top of those rails.
